Accredited Career Coaching, Counselling and Assessment (3 days)
Our Accredited Career Counselling Course provides participants with the opportunity to apply for 25% towards the Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Careers) offered by ACU National.
The course is designed for individuals who are advising staff/individuals on career options or involved in redeployment of staff and incorporated current research in the careers area with practical skills in relation to counselling, vocational assessment and job application area. Included in this course is $480 worth of resources.
The course has been sponsored by DETNSW, TAFE NSW, CEO (Sydney, Parramatta, Northern Sydney, Wollongong), CEO Victoria, the Association of Independent Schools NSW (4 times), LCP's and the Department of Defence with participants from varying backgrounds including:

Career Daydreams to Realities
The Career Daydream to Realities course provides skills in practical pathway transition counselling utilising six outstanding Australian designed career counselling tools. Incorporating Complexity Transition Counselling for Students Prof Bright examines and applies peer-reviewed research attesting the superiority of Complexity Counselling in assisting clients in career transitions.
Promotion and Job Application Skills for Public Service Positions
A course for staff applying for positions in the public service, those who are asked to reapply for their positions, or for staff undergoing a reorganization. This is a one day course that has been run to great acclaim in the Public Service over the last four years. Previous clients include: Housing; Ageing Disability and Home Care, Audit Office,, Commerce, Sydney Catchment Authority, and the Ombudsman's office.
