jim has over 20 years of experience in psychology and career development. he has a ba(hons) and a pHD in psychology. he has published over 300 books,chapters journal and newspaper articles, tests and reports. he is a fellow of both the australian psychological society and the career development association of australia and is a past national chairperson of the college of organisational psychologists. he holds australia's first specifically-named professorial appointment in career development at ACU.

Karen Bright, B.Bus. is a Managing Partner in Bright and Associates. She has extensive experience working as a Career Counsellor for over 10 years and before that professional experience working in the Banking and Finance, Construction and Transport Industries. She is the author of two highly acclaimed career development books, Land that job in Australia: the skilled migrants guide (Tribus Lingua) and Getting a Brilliant Job: the student's guide (Allen and Unwin). Karen manages our Schools Testing programs.
